Preparation and interview rules
- Allow around 30–35 minutes in a quiet place with stable internet.
- You will verify your email, check your camera and microphone, then watch a short introduction.
- You will answer six recorded questions and can review each recording before submitting it.
- Submitted answers are locked and cannot be changed.
- After the questions, you can optionally upload your CV to help us review more quickly.
Preparation reading, privacy and support
Before your interview, please read the ABM one-pager on “What makes a great mentor” and the Help to Grow: Management Course person specification.
We use your email to send a one-time verification code. Please review the ABM privacy policy.
Book your Virtual Interview for later
This creates a real 30-minute calendar invitation with a 15-minute reminder. It is private time for your self-directed interview; no interviewer will join.
Update your Virtual Interview booking
This cancels the reserved time in your calendar. You can still complete the Virtual Interview using the original interview link.
